The Story

I'm Reuben, I'm 20, and I'm building SpeaktoNotes from Nelson, New Zealand.

Six months ago I started using voice typing. Speaking was faster than typing, and my ideas came out cleaner.

But every voice app I tried gave me a wall of raw text. I was still reformatting, sorting, and routing everything by hand. That's the problem I set out to solve.

SpeaktoNotes is the fix. You speak naturally -in your car, on a building site, between meetings -and AI structures your words into clean notes, emails, tasks, or meeting minutes. One tap. No prompting. No copy-paste.

But this is bigger than one app. I'm building an interconnected suite: SpeaktoNotes, SpeaktoClients, and SpeaktoFinance. Your voice flows through AI and becomes action across every part of your work. A transcription becomes a task. A task becomes a client follow-up. A follow-up becomes an invoice.

I'm a solo founder. No investors. No co-founders. Just conviction that voice is the next evolution in how humans interact with computers -and the stubbornness to prove it.

The future is voice-first. I'm building the tools to make it happen.
